Healthy benefits of using herbs , spice and leafy green plant. Herbs are naturally nutritious. Herbs are very powerful due to their healing and detoxification properties. Herbs contain unique antioxidants,essential oils,vitamins and many other nutrients substances, which help equip our body to fight against germs,toxins and to boost our immune system. Herbs to me are powerful medicine in smaller dosage because nature is the art of  God.

Essential oils in herbs have been found to have anti-inflammatory function. The effect of this essential oils in herbs makes them a valuable remedies for relief in individuals with inflammatory health problems such as osteoarthritis.The compound in healthy herbs have also been found to reduce blood sugar level. Studies have also shown that certain compound in garlic like(allicin) which has potent medicinal properties. Garlic can reduce the effects of cholesterol and blood pressure. Garlic also helps to cut down coronary artery disease and stroke.

Spice are often from seeds or roots of plants. They may help boost metabolism, soothes upset stomach and also support healthy weight. listed below are the different herbs and spices that I have found effective and powerful for healing and I use them as medicines on a daily basis.

  • Basil leaves 

  • Parsley

  • Rosemary leave

  • Mints.

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • cinnamon

  • cloves

  • turmeric

  • Cayenne pepper 

  • Vanilla Pod. etc.










I used this over the winter to cure a common cold ,flu and body aches it works so well.

Water and weight management. Water intake is very essential for our overall health and wellness. Water helps maintain the balance of our body fluids. Our body is composed of about 60% water. The function of our bodily fluids includes help with digestion and elimination , absorption, circulation , transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature. Add some fruit ,vegetable and herbs to you water for great taste and great detox benefits. Detox water has the power  to remove toxins and reduce inflammatory from the body .
