Benefits of Water for our overall wellness.

Water and weight management. Water intake is very essential for our overall health and wellness. Water helps maintain the balance of our body fluids. Our body is composed of about 60% water. The function of our bodily fluids includes help with digestion and elimination , absorption, circulation , transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature. Add some fruit ,vegetable and herbs to you water for great taste and great detox benefits. Detox water has the power  to remove toxins and reduce inflammatory from the body . Detox water with lemon , cucumber and mint leaves.  I have been drinking this detox water for almost 2 years now, it makes water more easier to drink cos it add a refreshing taste to the water plus the benefits of detox. Am sticking with it for a lifetime. Smaller bottle for running.

They are better and healthier than milky tea and coffee because they help you loss weight while sleeping and aids a good night sleep. I also drink them as my medicine daily and they are working very well to the glory of God.

I eat my carbohydrate in the afternoon during the weekend or at lunch break in small portion size.

Eating more of what the earth produce is the best healthiest options ever.  When you do, You have to know your portion because small is plenty. Eat more of quinoa ,bulgar, whole grain rice or whole wheat pasta, buckwheat.

I found that drinking raw breakfast full of healthy fruit and vegetables gives your digestive system a break and to have a rest. As we all know consuming the daily recommendations of fruit and vegetable can be a challenge . Blending some fruit and vegetables on a daily basis into a smoothies helps ensure your body is getting it's daily nutritional needs. It also provides your body with the vitamins and minerals it needs, cut out weight gaining food from your diet, you will see the pound melting away. Lose weight the healthy way with a good diet.
